Housing for the 2014 Annual Meeting is now available for booking!
The 2014 Annual Meeting will be held at the newly redesigned Hyatt Regency Hotel. Attendees will enjoy the finished product of a $168 million dollar renovation. This cosmopolitan downtown Chicago, Illinois, hotel is central to everything that the city has to offer. The conference will be held at the Hyatt including academic sessions, registration, the Exhibit Hall, committee meetings, job interview rooms, and special events.
A dedicated conference website has been setup by the Hyatt for conference participants to book at the discounted rates. The room rate for a single (one bed) or double (two beds) room is $129.00 USD plus taxes per night. Higher tier rooms are also offered at discounted rates, based upon availability. You can book, modify, or cancel a reservation from the dedicated housing site. Please note you do not have to prepay for your room and all reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival date.

Please note that discounted conference rates are valid for hotel reservations for December 27, 2013, through January 9, 2014, and are based on availability. The deadline to reserve your rooms at the discounted rate is Tuesday, December 10, 2013.

Conference Attendee Discounts for Air Travel
American Airlines is offering a special meeting discount. The discount can be booked on-line at http://www.aa.com/reservation/searchFlightsSubmit.do for American Airlines/American Eagle Airlines flights only. Enter the Promo code 44D3BN in the Promotion Code box at the bottom of the search flight page. Itineraries involving any oneworld or codeshare partner airline must be booked through our Meeting Services Department at 1-800-433-1790 if calling from the US and Canada. Please note a $25.00 fee will apply for each ticket booked over the phone. International attendees should call their local American Airlines reservations number. The discount is valid December 27, 2013, through January 9, 2014.
Delta Airlines is offering discounted domestic and international airfare discounts ranging from 2% to 10% depending on the distance from Chicago, to all Annual Meeting attendees. Visit the search flight page directly via www.delta.com/booking/searchFlights.do?displayTripType=roundtrip and type in the discount code NMH7X in the Meeting Event Code box on the webpage and your discount will be calculated automatically. From the Delta homepage www.delta.com select Book A Trip, click on More Search Options and enter the meeting code NMH7X in the Meeting Event Code box provided on the Search Flight page. Reservations may also be made by calling our Delta Meeting reservations at 800-328-1111 Mon-Fri 7am-7pm CDT.
